Scott's Shipping Services - FORMERLY UNDER "POSSIBLE LIQUIDATION"

How would you provide proof of that?
Claiming to be under liquidation without an application or order having been granted while simultaneously continuing to trade and not fulfilling orders or providing refunds is all the proof you need. An affidavit regarding personal experience with copies of communications as well as the statements made by Scott and his customers on various forums demonstrating the above would be enough imho.

100%, even just misleading creditors by falsely claiming you are under liquidation is a game over.

Maybe Scotty has a predicament. De-registering Scott's Shipping Services requires the company to have no liabilities and no outstanding debts. A company with liabilities can remain open whilst registering a new company, however annual returns need to be filed with CIPC and tax returns with SARS.
I have none of that. Tax clearance everything. I have not been able to successfully deregister my company. CIPC is another one of the most useless orginisations in this country.

I have found Shelf Company Warehouse to be useful (at least the East London one) https://ptyonline.co.za/ - see if there is one close to you and give them a try

The problem is that de-registering the company is the easy part. Wait till you have to deal with SARS to de-register PAYE/VAT and Income Tax registrations

It’s getting near to a year now, has anyone been paid back yet as promised?
@calypso et al
Noone has been paid back as far as I know. Certainly not the people who I recommended Scotts to.
I mean anyone that believed Scott when he said that "he was going to pay back" should have their heads read. Scammer gonna scam.

You guys are wasting my time. Thought it was a Black Friday special here.

Got some batteries to sell if you'd like? Shipping may be a little slow but the price is good for fishing Tuesday only.
