Also, keeping in mind, his last update clearly seemes to have been a fabrication. If any damage has been done to his reputation, it's been done by himself.

My “outrage” is simply me tiring of a dead horse being whipped by someone just adding more evidence every day for a pretty compelling case of defamation, as this case is exposed to a larger group of casual viewers who don’t have all the facts and and are only receiving news of it via defamatory memes.

I’ve never seen MyBB tolerating a personal attack lasting this long on any other thread, far less when it’s against a person’s IRL name and affairs.

He might never sue you personally, neoprema, but depending on what you say and how you say it, he might include you in a group case. Who knows? You want to risk it? Adults are responsible for their words AND actions, yourself included. Even if nothing happens because maybe he is as guilty as sin, it’s still a bad precedent to form a howling mob on MyBB and take glee in repeating the same joke over and over again in unimaginative memes.

You know airborne, if you fell victim to an unimaginative meme campaign on MyBB, where your IRL name, personal details and family life were shared on a daily basis on here, I’d even defend you (after a couple months). It’s not about the person or the situation, it’s about the precedent. We don’t dox people on here. People who have a case against any company can take it up with the criminal justice system. Running to MyBB because it’s just easy is a weak move.

As I stated earlier, there is nothing about setting a precedent here. The precedent has been set pretty strongly and the precedent is that the myBB community doesn't tolerate scams and scamsters.
