I don't have a single documented case of comms from you. You may have reached out, I may have missed it, doesn't change that I still don't know who you are or how I need to help.
What's the fix for that? Individual cell testing, identification of which cells are problematic and need replacement.
Exactly, takes me 1min with my laptop. IF there's an issue diagnosed while it's on site, could well be a settings issue, I DON'T KNOW because you haven't let me troubleshoot your system.
That's why your solution to the others with the same issue was a replacement.
Those were OOB BMS issues, it's why we changed the BMS in the 2nd batch. So it may be the problem but I DON'T KNOW the issues you are experiencing.
You are not the manufacturer. Just some guy that brought these in and saw an opportunity to make money.
Nope. I didn't white label these. They were custom built for me, I have comms with the designer, made the specifications and prototyped the units myself. Not a single other person in the world sold these batteries.
Scott should have not dabbled in batteries.
Yeah, well no. I should have done a better job at dabbling in the batteries.
this is called reckless trading.
Yeah, well no. I pulled the plug when I realised creditors couldn't be paid and tried to go the Business Rescue/Liquidation route (R1000 per hour/R10k + respectively), unfortunately I am faaaaar too small for this to be a viable option, literally can't afford the lawyers to do it properly.
So trying to trade is my only option to try and repay the debts.
