He posted earlier that he used the shipping orders to pay for other debt. How are they separate then? Or am I wrong?

It's a single legal entity which is technically insolvent. You don't get to pick and choose which parts of your business are solvent and which are not.

And even if they were actually separate legal entities, same problem behind both of them regardless, its a matter of ethics and principles.

My point is STOP discussing battery issues HERE ... Like I said AFAIK no-one had issues with the shipping side of the 2-in-1 company ....

and many would like to continue using that side of the business ... thank-you

many people/companies go through troubles ... don't be a b|tch

None, but I posted here because of people who make snide comments like this.

We get it, things went south, but hey look my new order got delivered so maybe cut the guy some slack now that he's restarting and see what happens. Proof is in the pudding, give em enough rope to hang themselves, etc etc.

Stop being a keyboard warrior and do something constructive. :)

Best to read the whole thread and not pick up stompis, there are still people waiting for the stuff they ordered through the shipping company in '23/'24. There's at least 9 people still with missing orders and that's just going by the one guy that mentioned Sss said he was 9th in the queue of customers that were owed refunds.

Did you pay upfront for your order via eft?
What did you order/what was the value and where was it shipped from?

Pretty sure there are plenty who have been scammed on the "other side".

And yes, many people/companies go through troubles - what is going on is not how you handle it.

Incorrect. He tried to screw me over on an item i ordered from the states.

Noted ... still the battery b|tchers must move along ... i did post the link.
Lets keep this one shipping related ... as this is were the OP is gonna try build himself up again.
We need shipping companies like these, so lets try save this one.

...and your welcome to state your case here in public if you feel so ... but sorting it privately is probably better .... then come back and tell us the good/bad of the outcome. There's way to many people here just to stir.
