Taking payment without intending to order the item the person ordered sounds a lot like fraud to me. It's nothing like a courier company promising delivery tomorrow and then delivering a day later.

That's a really watertight argument you have there, some courier lied to me hence it's ok for other businesses to take payments from customers under false pretences, not deliver the goods and also not pay the money back. And on top of that lie to said customers about the circumstances of why that happened and claim to be liquidated when they aren't and a year later still not have refunded the customers. That all equates well to a courier just delivering a parcel later than promised.


You should take heed of your own words of wisdom below and stop talking sht.

You were banned 5 days after you were notified to "supply official contact information". After which you were online according to your IP hits. We assumed you could not spill beans due to being under the control of the lawyers, which makes sense to a degree.

All that being said - is the legal thing at all true? You posted a lot of info now, but I see nothing about lawyers in your earlier post about what lawyers are involved where in the business rescue part of things. You avoided liquidation, but are you in business rescue, or not? Are lawyers in control of everything, like you also proclaimed on Carbonite?

I am extremely remorseful to the people I have negatively affected in any way. The rest of the bandwagon not so much.

All my battery specs were/are absolutely truthful. The person claiming that did not understand the difference between capacity and power on my 48V 200AH, it's right in the specs that it's 100A charge/discharge.

That's what they were calling you out on - they can't do 100A charge/discharge, barely half that?
