"Exciting" news I haven't shared, we've just past another year of operation so I took a look at our calculations, apparently I do that.

Have been able to tighten up the buffers put in place against exchange rate fluctuations as well as pass on our decreased insurance premium, orders should now be slightly cheaper! It's not a massive saving but thought I would pass it on anyway.

Quick Estimate on the site hasn't been updated yet, need to see how this works first, after getting a ballpark with that you can just submit if you're interested.

Hi all

We're going to be closed today, my sister had her baby 3 weeks early so I flew out to see her.

Will be back to normal tomorrow.
 
Have you considered offering a "slow and cheap" shipping option by sea for "dangerous" or "very heavy" goods. I can imagine heavy equipment like speakers and amps will cost a fortune to ship by air?

Also things like perfume, flammables etc. could do with a non-air shipping option.

Slow and cheap is postal service which doesn't function unfortunately. Items over 32kg are run on freight lines by default.
