Apologies for any delay in responses, ended up in hospital yesterday with a 41C fever. Managed to catch myself some 'rona, the irony is NOT lost on me, I'm home now and will get back to everyone as soon as I'm physically capable.

Unfortunately not, best I can do is sea freight at a minimum charge of 100kg

DHL ships batteries, you have pay them extra to take the risk. I think 45USD or something silly on top of the normal DHL cost.
