My connection is moving nicely today getting full speed on my 384 line. Thanx for getting it sorted Howzit!

Edit; Correction that's on local on international getting 20.5kb/s

Mine is also back to normal now. Maybe they worked on something during the night.

Howzit... pls dont go on leave again :cry: :D:D. And tell John he is one of the better Techies (I know he is probably more senior than a plain old techie) around and he has good telephone / people skills.;)
 
Sorry about the hiccup in the last 2 days guys. Our activations dept caught up with the huge Dec hols backlog and the tech dept were not expecting it.

It won't happen again.
 
Mine was still cruising this morning when i left. Hopefully when i get home i'll see some 100 percent downloads.

Well me paying another month also wont happen again. :)
 
On my 384 connection I managed 18 GB (down) and 650 mb (up) since 1st of Jan - This is 98% Astraweb. Dont ever bother with torrents.
 
ok now i am ticked off, being trying to get hod of screamer for 3 hours now and after being on hold for 10 min at a time it drops the call. my router tells me login failed. what on earth is going on. and to think im paying for this crap.
 
Just re-connected to Screamer. Torrents running at 35 kB/s (where I capped them) and no auth issues for me.
 
on my side as well getting consistent speeds over at least the last 18 hours or so
