For those of you wanting to switch to Screamer as your ISP, I would hold off for a while...
They do not allocate public IP addresses to their ADSL capped clients.
I am currently running with SAOL and have been for a while now. When connecting with them we where allocated a 196.XXX.XXX.XXX address.
Last night I decided I wanted to test out SEACOM and Screamer and applied for an 5GB capped account.
Everything went through fine. Yet, after the connecting for the 1st time I saw that I was allocated a 10.XXX.XXX.XXX address.
This means that my DYNDNS address is useless to access my servers etc at home.
Never mind the fact that I had to tell their support staff that this was the problem after they had to look at it for about an hour today.

They said to me this could be activated within next week or so! But this account is actually useless to me right now as I host a small mail server etc on my ADSL line.
Looks like I am going to have to try another ISP that uses seacom. Suppose it is also my fault for just assuming that they would automatically just provide me with a public IP even if it is a Dynamic one.
