Just a warning about these guys; stay far away.

They’re not a member of the ISPA.

They are frequently down. As in you can bet it will happen multiple times a week. At least every 2 weeks you will be down at least 12 hours

They have no after hours help. So if you go down outside of their business hours you’re screwed, they’ll only start to look into your issue hours after business starts the next day because they don’t even have a voicemail to collect complaints.

And forget support actually getting back to you. You have to cc in or phone sales to get help if you do actually want a call back.

We’ve been forced into using them because they bought up or joined with the old ISP: who were bad at setting up but great to good at delivering a network.

Avoid these guys. If you hear they are taking over your provider do not stick with them. You’ll have 2 weekends a month with issues. And if you work from home you’re screwed

Look you don't have to be a part of an ISP union/Association, but you do need to know that you can't treat customers like dog poop. Always look on hello peter and google reviews before getting into a new ISP for service. Rule of thumb especially in SA
Screamer, heard stories same as Hero Tel, just don't say nothing.

Yep I had them back in the day when uncapped first launched and never really got to enjoy the "uncapped" because our line was down more than it was up.

I had better service from my iBurst even tho it was capped
