well since someone brought it up, since last night i been getting horrible dc's too. So much so, any online game is unplayable.

Yup, I have been getting terrible lag spikes since Friday morning... lasts roughly 30 seconds, which is long enough to cause a wipe in raid...
 
Thats exactly it; its every few minutes or so for a few seconds and then returns to perfect again.
 
At the moment not good with the lag spikes, cant play 1 round without a dc at the mo.

Otherwise usually its alright with a 150 - 190 ping.

We have traced that this is a Bryanston tower isolated problem and will be fixing the faulty component in the next 2 days. It creates the 1,5 sec power fault which then ceates the 3 sec lag on the one router board.

Ah so that was that 5min dc period last night eh ?

Screamer been unusable for me for last 2 days, major latency. This week Telkom finishing up installing my line. Good bye Screamer.

I also had 2 nights of occasional spike lags but my connection is now back to its Screaming best. Thanks guys.

Do you play on a WOW realm that has SA players? I am currently on Genjuros that is predominantly Greek and am looking for a more SA flavoured realm with SA guilds. (Alliance)

Yep, all is well. I can get some decent raidage done tonight :) Thanks for sorting this issue out with haste.
 
meh busy moving house :(
