I've been wanting to leave nexus.co.za for some time as their prices are no longer competitive (even if you include their new price structure wef Dec 09). But with all these issues I will be doing a lot more homework before I make a move.
 
Don't know if it's been answered but "unpay" probably means "Fill in a Debit Order Reversal Form" with your bank and submit it. To the person who mentioned never authorising debit orders on your account...

talk about bad service , i emailed them at [email protected] asking them about there services that they just released '384 uncapped'
still no reply , so glad i havent changed my isp as yet XD
 
signup today worked for 2 hours then it all went down, call technical support the guy told me that John smit or something will call me tomorrow morning. Neva mind the fact that i was doin online banking. :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::mad:
 
Ok, got my account this morning and tried it a bit later. Maximum speed I could get was an average of around 20KB/s on my 4MB line. Tried to send an email to [email protected] this morning but got no response. Tried another email later but now their server responds with a quota exceeded error.

I knew this was too good to be true, stay far away from these guys, it's a scam!
 
isn't there a screamer rep on this site, and if there is why isnt he/she responding! When people steal bandwidth (zaportal) isps are quick to respond but when isp steal from people...
 
I know what people mean when they state that Screamer's attitude is "The customer is always wrong" as I just sent them an email stating that there was incorrect information on their website and got a very rude reply saying I was wrong.

At the bottom of the compare rates page, it states that for the uncapped service, the ADSL rental from Telkom is cheaper than that of their capped service...

Screamer and their lies of uncapped goodness said:

Now that confuses me. I replied to their rude response in an attempt to clarify my statement and just received another rude response.

So glad I read this before changing my accounts around.

It just gets worse and worse. I'm still trying to use up my 5gb account, and still battling.

It's been doing this for the past half hour or so:

The download site does actually work, it's just screamer that's so pathetic it refuses to connect to it. Maybe they saw a bunch of data coming through from there and decided to block it? I don't know. All I know is that screameradsl is pathetic and everyone should stay as far away from them as possible.

They'd better not try to debit my account next month...
