So i set up my account with that mobile authenticator thing. Put it on my phone, linked the accounts. All is well.

I go to play the game now and it asks me for the code, which it never did the last 2 days i played it.
I check my phone and forget i had just flashed a new firmware on it and the App is no longer there.
To add salt to my wounds i didn't write down the recovery code :( :( :(. FML.

I know me password, security question, email address and EVERYTHING except that stupid essay of a code they make you write down to restore their application.

So i had to fill in my details, send them a copy of my ID (I wonder what good that will do???) and now i sit and wait...

Download Keepass and use that for storing things. I have my DB saved to my Dropbox account, so I can get to my passwords wherever I am and any changes are automatically updated to all my devices.

That's not the problem. I remember my passwords, its just the game for some reason out of the blue is asking for the Authenticator Code. Which, since i no longer have the App on my phone, i can't get. Its quite painful.

Nuh uh :( Wouldn't log in at all.

I was fearing the worst! I thought i would only be fixed on Monday.
But they have taken it off and reset my password :D. YAY!!!!

Call their EU line from skype, I was sorted out within 20 miuntes :)

Just know your secret question and answers, and your residential address.

I gave their Skype number a call but the queue was 15 minutes. I was not in a mood to wait :p.
 
If you got the authenticator, add the sms alert option as well. Apparently if you lose your authenticator you can reset it via the sms, unless you lose your phone number as well.

Just activated that now. :) The support dude recommended that option.
