So i signed up for the mweb 100mbps deal. Openserve came and installed the fibre and a few days later the router was delivered.
Didn't work from the start as the internet light on the router was off. A tech called me and he got it to work but it was only a 25/25 line. The router would also disconnect all wireless devices every few minutes and would give a IP error. The router was exchanged and the new router would also disconnect every few minutes.
My package wasn't even listed on my account.
I wasted TONS of money on airtime trying to sort it out and decided i didn't want the product anymore. I asked for a manager to contact me so we could sort it out. A manager still has not contacted me and they keep on telling a techie to call me. They canceled the product and i must now cough up R3000+ for something thats still not working.
What can i do to have this sorted out?
