SD card reader, backup device?

Does anyone know of alternatives to the PD70X backup device?

The requirement is to be able to do portable backups from SD memory cards without the need for a laptop, tablet PC, etc.
i.e. Plug SD card in and it "sucks" the photos off the SD card and stores it on the device which can later be plugged into a computer as a mass storage device.

Guy at my work has something like what you're speaking of, except it comes with a screen and it's basically just the enclosure - you buy whatever harddrive you want for it seperately.
Will post the name as soon as I get it.
