SD PVR & HTPC

Can anybody help me with a simple guide to setup/connect a Multichoice SD PVR to a HTPC (running Media Centre)?

Also any suggestion about the best hardware configuration (eg TV card, graphics card etc) to do this?

You need decent inputs for SOUND and VID to connect SD PVR outputs to HTPC inputs, else you are wasting your time. Best is to look at this to get a idea what ijnputs/outputs the HTPC needs
