My phone for some reason no longer has the entire display shown on the screen. I can only see the soft button options.
I have run the update service and there are no updates for my phone so I can't update the phone firmware that way.
What I have to resort to is a Master reset. Can someone with a K810i tell me the keypad number sequence to do a master reset? i.e. Menu 8 > 1 > 7 > OK etc etc.
Or can anyone give me the instructions - up, down sideways etc etc - also?
