Yep - NeoTel lands it and manages the landing station, anyone with a ECNS (ala VANs) license can purchase access... It's remarkably cheap too

The fact that neotel is landing the cable in my personal opinion is a good thing as they seem to have a good mission in mind in bringing down costs of telecoms in SA
Albiet they do have crappy service
