Seacom blocking UnoTelly?

More than likely they are natting a few clients behind one public IP, probably reported for excessive abuse and blocked.
So technically all the clients behind that will be able to use unotelly as their DNS?

I presume you mean not be able to? Then more than likely yes. It causes serious security and problem solving issues. Hence why natting is evil, ipv6 is the solution for this, however there is no reason why they do not have more ipv4 space from afrinic.

Am referring to the new shared ip he got that works
