SEACOM downtime woes continue

SEACOM’s problems with downtime continue with another outage today (8 February 2012)

The problem was restored at around 09:30. On its official Twitter channel the company said at that “All SEACOM customer circuits between Abu Talat (Egypt) and Marseilles (France) are back up and stable.”

Shouldn't Seacom have finished it's own leg to get to France instead of using the ailing SE-ME-WE-4?
