Seacom = drop in mobile data prices in Kenya

Not really. Friend lives in Kenya, speed has increased, and for as for caps, they are now uncapped.
 
Their prices dropped, they can get uncapped, unthrottled, unshaped 512k wimax for R600.

the market is hardly saturated - higher demand will lead to greater economies of scale which will, in turn, hopefully bring down prices (as supply has, and clearly is, increasing too).

seems like basic enough economics?
 
Ja its a totally different ball game in Kenya. For one, there's actually competition between the operators.
