So SEACOM is already "52% African-owned", now one has to ask this question: what more could Poison Ivy & Stalin-Mafole from the Department of Communistications want? - perhaps the African investors are not African enough to look like Poison Ivy & Stalin-Mafole...

I think you have hit the nail on the head.

But I think the nail that you hit might be in the coffer of SA Internet ever being fast :(

If they do end up pulling out, or the beloved minister ends up causing anymore blockages to foreign investment or broadband expansion she should be held personally financially liable for the loss to South Africa.

I thought the whole idea was to boost foreign investment in South Africa... how can one minister be squashing this while SARS and the SA Reserve bank are trying to promote it???

one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing?

What about the head? Does the "brain" know what is going on with the body? Does Mbeki have any idea what is going on in his cabinet?

And Please keep Ivy And Lulu away from Adones

And Namibia awakes with Adones, Captian WIFI , I have found some fibre for you to play with.

Looks like Ivy and Lulu did not attend the school of Namibian Telecommunications

it would be interesting to find out which educational institution thrust these two idiots upon us.
