SEACOM Update

On MWEB speeds were going at 440KB/sec a while back - now down to 100KB/sec odd.
I did a trace route to CNN and traffic was going via Telkom and Level13.

iBurst was also slow earlier today but is now flying at full 1Mb/sec speed.
 
Peter, yea I don't know, maybe some of India got rerouted and we got to make use of the sudden extra bandwidth, or seacom or mweb are trying other routes to send us by. All I can really say for sure at this point is that IS have swapped over to sat 3, and the SEA ME WE 4 cable that we normally use is still broken.
