SEACOM, UTL, RTL partnership announced

What is up with the telecoms providers in SA? Neotel is just useless and nowhere and IS is testing forever and a day!

Last week we got the article of the Kenya operator that slashed its prices by 90% direclty because of Seacom, and now this article about other African countries get some advantage, but in SA I really doubt if 1b/s goes through that massive cable!
