The application brought before the Competition Tribunal against MultiChoice regarding its deal with the SABC is full of inaccuracies, MultiChoice has argued.

Million dollar question: why on earth would Multichoice want to have anything to do with the SABC? I can't see any benefit to Multichoice, only problems.

Multichoice want access to the millions of kids who don't have dstv. The SABC is doing a fair job (by African standards) of providing hip and happening (current youth standards) content to the youth, who in turn respond and support heavily.
