Security problems with 4G LTE allow snooping on messages and calls

"[-]potential[/-] design flaws". Almost complete suite of backdoors.
 
So, we have been presented with a situation, what can we do to stop this from happening, or what is being done by the service providers?
 
so, its not recommended to have your wan ip directly on say your PC for most normal users, how secure are mobile device with the wan ip directly on the device.

what do mobile operators do these days to make it more secure.
