Seeking WFH (ICT/IT) position

Tough to find employment now. I've been submitting at various places for about 3 weeks. It's not looking great.
So, just be sure you have a solid opportunity.

No worries. If you do however have any web based work to outsource (website, commerce, SaaS or PaaS work (integrate, setup, configure), pop me a pm.
Pocket money doesn't hurt. (I'm not employed right now).
I will do that.

In the meantime have a chat with @WhiteRaven. She's a recruiter and might be able to get you something along your line until you find what you really like.

The year that I've been WFH now had me realise that I don't want to get back to the office again so I'm also looking for a permanent WFH opportunity. This is because my company told us that they'll let us know as soon as the lockdown levels decrease as to when we need to go back to the office. I've been coping fine without any office politics

Yep, thanks. I'm in contact with her. She's just a bit busy it seems.
I hope you get a position soon as well :)
WFH is the best route for me right now. I will definitely be at an office or corporate again. I love the work atmosphere.
So yep, I'm flexible on both.

Well my company sometimes takes a chance and hire a fresh graduate every now and then. So they're not consistent at all.

FWIW, I'm looking at moving, so I don't want you guys to look too much into this. But on the other hand I've been with the company for 10 years and I'm just getting bored.
I'm in the unfortunate position of having no degree and very little experience. You think they might give me a shot?

Although I'm permanently employed I have had a side-hustle for a number of years now (in IT - software dev mainly), but the side-hustle wasn't great money.
I recently managed to get accepted into an international "top" contracting company and got my first side-hustle job through them within a week earning USD.
For those with the extra time, looking for some extra money, this is a great option, or even if you are looking for something more flexible than where you are right now.
So if you have the experience you may just be the type of candidate they are looking for.

Legit company - don't stress.
But strangely not a heck of a lot of Saffas using them.

Missed your relpy.
I'm not a developer though, but have a good general knowledge and aptitude of how everything fits together.
I'd prefer a WFH job. where my Administration, Technical and Support experience will be utilised.
I had an interview with a large company lately, but it was a bad time, for so many reasons I can't list them all.

So if anyone sees that I may be a benefit, please feel free to contact me.

I know this was posted a while ago, not sure if you are still looking but Im looking for someone with Azure - Cloud and/or Forensics, Security and/or Windows Server and/or Linux, and/or Ethical hacking and/or Python and/or SQL experience. Send me a PM with a link to your CV. You must have fiber or at least very good and reliable internet access at home with high bandwidth.

This could be a good opportunity for the right person. if someone has most of those - excellent, if you have some of it, it might be a fit anyway.

Now, I might be wrong... But I'm pretty sure you shouldn't use "and/or" like that.

So if I've never worked with:
Azure-Cloud
Forensics
Security
Windows Server
Linux
Ethical Hacking
Python

but I do have SQL experience... that would fit the job?

Do you have any Java or C++ experience? My company is always looking for new developers, especially for C/C++ because we always seem to run out of developers
C you say. Must be hard finding people, given how little this is taught these days. Sad times..,

Tell me about it. We support a crucial system written in C with it's integration components written in Java. We have 8 Java developers, and only 2 C devs

Well that's the thing...

I know I wont find one person that has all of those. I can't really use someone who only has 1 of those skills.
I need people that can EITHER do something like Windows server and Azure etc, or can do Ethical hacking and or Forensics or Risk assessment for example.

This is for an online teaching position - we teach multiple subjects in two courses in Systems Administration and Security So by seeing a CV, I would be able to tell if you have what we need.
The 'how to teach online' we teach or we can send the person on a course. Since it's online it's administrative, some content writing here and there, follow up of students and grading - however since it's based on professional / industry experience it's something a lot of us that have industry experience would maybe find interesting.
However you will have to be the main teacher - lets say for example Networking (cisco) but also be able to be a 2ic for something like the Linux course.

Not what I said at all, hence "and/or".

You should've lead with the fact that it's a teaching position. Seeing as the amount of people that work in these areas and are also interested in teaching is a very select group. Also, and/or is very unclear..
