My mistake..

It is being used.. by at least 9 diff Networks according to the Tetra Association.

But its not some super huge conspiracy, its just a parallel network to be used in emergencies and by utilities and such.

ok so no huge conspiracy heheh... but is it correct to say that it runs on a very much lower frequency....? A similar frequency to the miniscule amounts put out by the Govt. touted energy saving lights?
