I'm selling my Jasjar, it's 10 months old.
Includes
1.Everything that came in the original box [charger/default pouch/extra stylus/wired headset].
2. 128MB SD Card
3. All software that i bought that are tied to the IMEI [Opera 8.60]
4. Original Invoice from Leaf dated 2005-10-31 , should still be under some form of guarentee till end of october.

Price : R4500

Optional and Negotiable Accessories [only if Jasjar is being sold] :
1. Car Charger for Jasjar : R100
2. 1GB SD Card : R250
3. Different Pouch which allows you to open the Jasjar without taking it out of the pouch. The default pouch is like a "bag" where you slide the Jasjar into and need to take it out : R250
4. Sony-Erricson Bluetooth Headset [works with any phone] : R300


Reason for selling : I got a new laptop from work and now got 2 laptops and not using it as much as i thought.

My Location : Centurion .
I'd prefer a buyer in Gauteng [JHB/PTA] area, so you can check it out and see it works etc.

Not a bad plan there ;).
I'm not strapped for cash or anything, i just don't want it gathering dust and loose value completely.

THe size is probably my main issue, primarily because i
am not travelling as much as i thought and being at the office + laptop all day makes such a device a bit redundant. But it's not bigger than a normal PDA and works great as a stationary 3G USB modem ;)

Anyway i am open to swop offers too. If you got a DS-Lite with games or something like that, i might consider that too ;)

How is your Jasjars battery? Mine is also 10 months old and the battery is up to sh&t. Only last for a few hours.

Depends on what you do. On standby it goes a few days. On full load [3g/Wifi/Movies/Mp3] it's max 5 hours. I haven't noticed any issues with the battery life, still beats my laptop in that department.
 
Not wanting to really bump this, but i advertised this in Junkmail for
R3500 [1GB SD card inclusive] .

I've received like 5 SMS between 6:30am-7:00am of people wanting to buy, i phoned 2 of the guys. The first answered with a different name from the sms sent, the second asked me "which phone are you selling again?" and then just wanted to deposit money without asking anything else [both being black people, and no not trying to be racist, but i just smell scam all over this].

Anyway, so that didn't leave me very comfortable selling through there [felt very scammy] ...

:D you had enough reason to believe this may be a scam...no need to even mention race, but since you did...it sounds kinda, maybe, just a little like you dont trust certain peeps :) but then again thats your prerogative

Anyway, I too want to get rid of mine...tired of the slow processor...this is the last time I volunteer to be a guinea pig for new tech
