As long as Telkom doesn't get involved this it should be a major boost as far as cheaper international connectivity goes.

Is Telkom getting anywhere near this thing? Or will they charge ridiculous interconnection charges to prevent users from having CHEAPER access.
hmmm... along these lines they can't use their pathetic excuse that we're ripping you off because international bandwidth is sooooooooooo expensive.
