Hi Guys,
I see there is a lot of exitement around the Sentech possible-1-December-launching wireless broadband.
I will only get exited once it has been flying for 6 months and proven that:
Client service is better than Telkom
Costing is realistic
Bandwidth is what is promised
a proper SLA is in place and is being hounoured
Sentech imposes a "self penalty" like if out of order for more than 1 working day, next month free.
However, I doubt if Sentech would deviate this far pulling Lion Telkom's tail. Afterall, this is South Africa where consumers are reduced to begging for service and hence accepting anything being better than nothing.
