Im Extremely new to telecoms as a whole, 1 year experience ( Going from not knowing what a trunk or PABX even was
no where i am now, back round on site :
OS 7200 installed latest software 4.8
I-Serv Dect in 4 bases and 33 phones the bases have the G729 module on. all latest firmware
incoming Neotel Sip 12 channels
outgoing Diginet line with V&D sip on 12 channels..
Problem i'm having is on incoming calls ( Neotel) i cant transfer the call to the cordless phones at all im getting opposite hang up. ....even if i transfer the incoming call to a deskphone and then try to the cordless phone i get the same condition .
when dialing IN on the V&D Voip ... i can transfer no problem,
and when Dialling out on both Sip i can transfer to the cordless phones ... no problem
no tech in my company can help me ..... any ideas ?
