hmmm not sure where the noise info would be on that router, but a download speed of 345kb/s sounds right to me.
Dont forget we are talking about bits and bytes here. I don't know how well you know this but 4mbit and 4mbyte are different.
Theoretically to get a good comparison you divide 4MBit by 8 to get your download speed. More accurately though rather divide by around 10 to account for said noise and other "real" factors that affect your DSL line.
So 4MBit / 10 = roughly 400 Kilobytes a second. That would be your utter best at that connection speed on a very good day
