Service level 0/10 would not try again

Seeing is this is the only way to get any response from afrihost, could one of you please be so kind as to contact me via PM. My Afrihost + Mobile Data was no allocated at the beginning of the month and it says my account is capped at 0 bytes. I created a support ticket last week and still no response...
