Set Data cap on Router

Hello, I want to share my DSL connection with someone, I want to give them a pre-configured router with my PPPoE credentials, but limit the whole thing to only allow 100GB in a month.

Is this possible without using a Mikrotik?

Seems it might be possible with some Netgear routers... not sure what happens if the router reboots though...

Alright seems a mikrotik is the only way - anyone know how to do this?

No it's not, plenty routers does support it actually

I suspect his aim is to limit that router's total traffic to 100GB,not a specific user/device connected to it

So far I can only think of a mikrotik and it won't be as easy as clicking a few buttons in winbox.
