Setting up database for quasar accounting on windows

I need some advice on setting up a database when installing quasar accounting on windows.

After installing quasar and starting the program for the first time, they ask you to set up a database.
The talk about an postgrSQL database on the quasar website.
Which sql program might you recommend and how do you go about creating a quasar databse in sql.

You know the Quasar server runs on just Linux? Only the client runs in Windows and Linux. I hear they are planning to release a server that works with Windows.

Anyway, you will have to uninstall Quasar. Installing Quasar before the database will make the proper Quasar drivers not install.
