Setting up iBurst on another PC

OK, so I connected a "Test" laptop via ethernet to my PC today. I ran the Network Wizard and enabled ICS for the iBurst connection. The laptop shows in "Network Connections" that iBurst is an Internet gateway and it's enabled. But when I try to open google, it says server not found. What to do?

What frustrations are you referring to MrH? Teraside made it sound like it's quite easy to setup ICS?

Got ICS set up quickly on the Vista notebook. The only problem now is the fact that I can't see the notebook in My Network Places, and vice versa. Can someone shed some light onto this? How can I now share my files over the network, etc?
