Setting up VOIP with LTE Router (Telkom)

Hi

Apologies upfront with regards to terminologies and so on. I am a complete Nubee trying to find my way through all this VOIP stuff.
I need help setting up at home.

What I have is a Huawei B315, a Yealink W52P Device and Telkom.

What I did: Registered for IP Voice with Telkom. Got an email to say "IP Voice service ready to be configured. Access self service to set up password. Then I set up password. Got a OTP with no instruction as to what to do with it.

Now Im stuck with no help from Telkom. What still needs to happen in order for me to be able to use this service? Any advice or direction would be appreciated.

Ok, so I got sorted. When you purchase a device outside of Telkom (even if it is a device they are selling) you first have to upgrade the device with their firmware. From there on in you just have to follow the 'Yealink W52P Quick Start Guide_V9'. Quick Start Guide Attached.

Did you ever manage to get it working on Softphone like zoiper or directly on the Huawei router and use an old analogue phone?

How did you upgrade the device with their firmware? I have the same device (Yealink W52P) from them but getting no joy. Followed all the email links and everything is working correctly apparently
