SGS2 Root

I'm on my phone now, so I can't see that link, but usually theming and modding involves installing Clockwork Mod Recovery and then installing the ZIP or TAR through it, as CWM has options to install ZIP files. This happens when you reboot your phone and boot into CWM. It gives you options to do a lot of things.
 
just be careful that the theme you want to flash is compatible with your current rom version, if not you might have issues with your phone, requiring reflashing of your rom to fix it
 
Ok, so I rooted my phone last night with Hellcat Kernal and Odin 1.85.

Downloaded Checkrom v2.0 XXKI4 Firmware.
Android version is now on 2.3.5.

Downloaded the ICS Theme from BigBang and installed with CWM.

Using TW4.5 launcher.
Tried GOLauncher and normal TouchWiz, but TW4.5 is the best one so far.

Really loving it. As soon as I find out how to take screen caps with this mod, I will post them!
