Lol ye google says caffeine triggers tremors, weird coz I didnt have the caffeine yet, it’s like my hands were shaking on purpose and that’s why half the teaspoon of coffee never made it into the cup.

Maybe it's due to all the hate I'm sending your way due to you stealing my name....

HHowever, if it really that much that you're spilling half a teaspoon, then it's not a vitamin deficiency. Get to a doctor.

It's the lack of caffeine.

I have coffee every day of my life, if I skip a day I start shaking.

Also make sure you use freshly ground beans.
My overall caffeine intake hasn’t changed in any way for the past few years.

1.) NEVER TAKE MEDICAL ADVICE FROM A PUBLIC FORUM
2.) Go see a doctor. Just now you paralized from something that could have been prevented.

I have two family members that suffer from Essential Tremor. It's especially noticeable when they lift/drink from a cup or eat from a utensil. Both have been through therapy and meds but unfortunately, it only got worse over time. Your best bet is to see a doctor asap and treat while still at an early stage.

Sure, go to a doctor and spend 450 rand at least. The OP is hoping for someone who has/had his symptoms and can relate practical advice.

Your worst case scenario is early onset Parkinsons. You are going to want that diagnosed as early as possible.

Which is really stupid tbh. I just checked and this definitely a covid thread so you shouldn't need to fear medicine.

OP cannot get medical advice from a forum without being physically examined/diagnosed, especially with those symptoms.

My hands are shaky whenever I masturbate. So in theory, we should ask OP when he last masturbated.

So for the past 9 months or so I’ve had shaky hands, they just shake sometimes, totally involuntary.
It comes and goes but becoming more prevalent now. Even when making a cup of coffee when it’s most noticeable.

Haven’t bothered to have it checked out. Scared of doctors.
Anyone experienced such a thing?
Not old age, still in my 30s.

As others have said, see a doctor.
The worst they can do to you while you're there is draw blood. Unpleasant, but not the end of the world.
Or give you news that you don't want to hear. Even more unpleasant, but as with most things in life, finding out earlier is always better. Always.

In 5 years time, what are you more likely to regret? Waiting too long to go to the doctor, or going to the doctor when you first realize something is wrong?

If I google it could be like 16 different things, but each of them depends on asking you some other questions, which I'm not going to do.

Are you withdrawing from alcohol/drugs? They usually cause tremors.

If not, then go to your doctor today. It could be nerve damage, parkinsons, or any other number of related complications.

It's serious enough for you to post here so go get a professional diagnosis asap.

agree with everybody, worth going to a doctor,
could be something that is caught early enough, and could potentially save your life later on.
