Lol ye google says caffeine triggers tremors, weird coz I didnt have the caffeine yet, it’s like my hands were shaking on purpose and that’s why half the teaspoon of coffee never made it into the cup.
My overall caffeine intake hasn’t changed in any way for the past few years. It's the lack of caffeine.
I have coffee every day of my life, if I skip a day I start shaking.
Also make sure you use freshly ground beans.
Which is really stupid tbh. I just checked and this definitely a covid thread so you shouldn't need to fear medicine.Sure, go to a doctor and spend 450 rand at least. The OP is hoping for someone who has/had his symptoms and can relate practical advice.
OP cannot get medical advice from a forum without being physically examined/diagnosed, especially with those symptoms.Sure, go to a doctor and spend 450 rand at least. The OP is hoping for someone who has/had his symptoms and can relate practical advice.
Take 2 aspirin & see your doctor in the morning..

So for the past 9 months or so I’ve had shaky hands, they just shake sometimes, totally involuntary.
It comes and goes but becoming more prevalent now. Even when making a cup of coffee when it’s most noticeable.
Haven’t bothered to have it checked out. Scared of doctors.
Anyone experienced such a thing?
Not old age, still in my 30s.
This happens to me when I drink too much for a prolonged period of time, I also start to go slightly yellow, or that might just be my imagination.
Anyway yes, visit a doctor, they don't look like this anymore.

Ooooh do it does or could get worse. Ye it is with cups and utensils where it’s most noticeable.I have two family members that suffer from Essential Tremor. It's especially noticeable when they lift/drink from a cup or eat from a utensil. Both have been through therapy and meds but unfortunately, it only got worse over time. Your best bet is to see a doctor asap and treat while still at an early stage.
Ye, SHL has some knowledge of it...Sure, go to a doctor and spend 450 rand at least. The OP is hoping for someone who has/had his symptoms and can relate practical advice.
Hardly drink or take drugs or use any other medication. Are you withdrawing from alcohol/drugs? They usually cause tremors.
If not, then go to your doctor today. It could be nerve damage, parkinsons, or any other number of related complications.
It's serious enough for you to post here so go get a professional diagnosis asap.
