Shaped and Unshaped

I know Unshaped gives better latency
This might be noob but does Unshaped make me download faster?

Shaped bandwidth is prioritised for web browsing, which should include file downloading (Http transfer). So as Surv0 says; there won't be a difference.

HTTP and email is full speed on shaped and unshaped.

Unshaped will give full speed on gaming and also on torrents (ports are unshaped for that usage)

AFAIK Steam is shaped as they use a private p2p network
