Depending what business you're in shaped should do the trick. Unshaped of course is better, but with a price tag

If its business ull only need shaped, unshaped is more for P2P and online gaming. But Icasa did say that shaping was illegal but its not implemented yet. Shaped is obviously cheaper. There are no great advantages or disadvantages between those account types..
