Shaping a comeback

LOL. Biggest load of cr@p I've read in a long time. I'd worked for them (Unisys) the last 2 year, left about 4 months ago. The problem is they always promise more than they can deliver, and when they get the contract they can’t keep the SLA. Then it is blamed on the staff because they are not “for” the company and only thinking about themselves. We where on average 40% understaffed in every department. The only project that is keeping the company above water is the Sun Intentional Help Desk, but internal conflicts between management and staff is creating problem that will have SI thinking about not renewing the contract end of this year. The Global retrenchments end of last year should have given the company, incl. Henry, a wakeup call.
