If you happened to have changed to this ISP and are wondering how you can share the internet across your wireless router or peer to peer connection, then don't worry, It is possible ! ;)

And the solution is good old ICS(Internet Connection Sharing)

Configure your router(if applicable) to 'relay'. Although it doesn't really matter if It's set on DHCP or Static none the less as you will be configuring each workstation on static.

1: On the host PC(The computer to which the modem is connected) >> Press the 'windows key' and tap 'R'
In the run dialog box type >> ncpa.cpl

Open 'properties' of the local area connection that displays the model name of your 3G card >> Select the 'advanced' tab and proceed to tick 'allow other network users to connect.." and also tick the next one "allow other network user to control.." >> 'OK'

2: ICS requires you to setup a static on the host pc. You will configure the adapter you are using(this is not the modem adapter) whether you are connecting through wireless or flylead.

Configure your host static configuration as follows:

*Router: 192.168.0.254*
Host IP: 192.168.0.1
Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0

dns Servers: (you can use your ISP's or else google's is sufficient, 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)

You will therefore configure each workstation with an IP of your choice. Preferable if you are connecting through wi-fi use an IP of 192.168.0.100 and above. You will need to give a GATEWAY of 192.168.0.1 instead of the usual Router's IP.
With enough tinkering you can get DHCP to graft using ICS :)

If your router has an USB port and is fairly up to date, it should be able to handle the 3G connection for you. I've trialled a Netgear, and am now testing a D-Link. In both of them my connection was 3G, with ADSL fallback.

About your setup:
You should be able to let your router assign DHCP addresses above i.e. .100. Setup your gateway with a static IP lower than that, and you should be able to have a hybrid static/DHCP network. I've used something similar before, and it didn't give me any hassles.

Also, why do you want addresses higher than .100 for Wifi? I don't understand what difference that would make?
