I invite other AXXESS Mobile Internet users to share their average speeds on this thread.
I recently started using the service in Gardens, Cape Town. My speeds are horrifically slow and I keep getting disconnected. By comparing with other users I will be able to know if it's just my signal or if its a more widespread issue.

Conduct you own peed test here: http://speedtest.mybroadband.co.za/ and post your results.

was able to do 1080p on youtube showing about 8300kbps, so guess not too bad.

just struggling with twitch tonight on both ADSL and axess

Hi SweetFennyAdams, if you continue having these issues please log a ticket with our support team for bad signal, we can then log a fault with MTN for you.

Hi The Axxes Lady. I logged a ticket with Axxess in December 2014 and to date I still have not had a response from MTN after Axxess forwarded the call to them.

I have just submitted a support ticket through my dashboard.

Your ticket system does not create unique numbers.
My ticket was sent on: 2015-02-02 09:37:57.
My axxess number is 27632566638@axxess

Yeah, I have noticed I keep getting disconnected as well, Very satisfied and it was stable up to a point but now very unstable. My signal is fine and I have coverage.

Had a similar issue on the 2nd and 3rd. Called them and they did some reset and all seems back to normal.
Maybe give them a buzz?
