Little of topic.. but here goes..moved over to Axxess mobile recently from afrihost.. Had great speeds (LTE) for almost a day now LTE is down and 3G is slow/intermittent. Can it be the tower, having same issue if i pop the Afrihost sim in.
Contacted Axxess and they suggest I contact MTN to have a look at the towers in my area.. That kinda sux, I Actually have nothing to do with MTN... anyway any suggestions who to contact at MTN to investigate ?

From home. Thanks Axxess. Great deal.

This wont last long, mark my words. Had these speeds and service for 6 months then all of sudden literally overnight it self destructed.
I was with Afrihost, which i cancelled, don't get me wrong Axxess and Afrihost are great companies however the network they piggy back off is MTN and they are............i do not have the words for it.

It is the MTN network, it is literally falling apart at the seams. I have submitted 2 queries through Afrihost and 3 directly at MTN and still to date, no solution to fixing the problem come to think of it not even a reply.

Dumped Vodacom,MTN,CellC etc moved to Bitco, there FUP policy is a bit over the top however if you have LOS(Line of Sight) you receive stable, uninterrupted awesome internet connectivity that performs day in and day out........ also uncapped.

Signed up with Axxess after moving from Afrihost. I am unable to connect to Axxess even after having my sim card re-provisioned twice already since Friday. I have told the support numerous of times that I was with Afrihost and they still come back asking if I was with another service provider.

Hi there, Is anyone suffering with speeds and no connection lately?

Been using Axxess for the last few weeks. And during the past 5 days I have been struggling to connect to the net. Using a B-593 router, the connection is fine and windows says I am connected to the net but then its incredible slow that it bombs out a google search.

No idea what the problem is.
