In my business I have an e-mail account called sales@.....
I am fortunate in that I am receiving more mail for one person to handle.
I currently use Thunderbird an my email client.
How can I share the same email account with multiple users? I thought of allowing the users access to the same data folders but am worried about data corruption
Users also need to know if an incoming email has already been answered. Otherwise they will need to keep communication amongst themselves to find out if an incoming email has been answered. Very inefficient!
What is the best way to handle this situation?
