Sharing One-Drive Business

How the hordes of Office 365 apps work together confuses the hell out of me.

How do I share a user's data on One-Drive with other users without replicating the entire contents ?

From the very little I know one needs to call on Sharepoint to do this but I really have no clue.

Google just confuses me more.

So when I access onedrive, at the root, I can select all and then share.. It will provide you a link and you can choose whether or not to allow access to edit..
