Sharing the NeoConnect Prime modem through a USB print router?

Can a USB print router like the one in the link below be used to connect the modem (or is it exclusively for a printer) and connect the router from the link to a wireless router so it can be shared across the network.

You might be able to use one of the cheap Asus routers such as the WL-520gU etc. (~R400) with suitable firmware. See this link for more details.
