Sharks Supporters Thread

Plumtree was well past his use by date. The very fact that the Sharks have had so many injured players this year speaks volumes about their style of play. Outdated. Unintelligent. Uninspiring.

The thing is, it wasn't like that at the end of last season, so why did it start like that this season?

Not sure, but right now I'm hoping the shake up brings winning ways back to the tank.

I think they got lucky last year. You have to go back at least two or three years to find the Sharks playing exciting rugby.

Some real crappy rumors coming through about losing PSDT and Bissie ....... hope it's just bs

Overseas clubs I presume? Can not think that Bismarck would play for anyone barring the Sharks (perhaps the cheetahs but they do not have the cash).

Contrary to what has earlier been suggested, Brendan Venter as Director of Rugby will play a very hands on role, attending £every practice and every match”, according to the Sharks’ website.

Brad Macleod-Henderson will be forwards coach, with Sean Everitt filling the role of backline coach.

Now just to wait on news on who we've lost player wise .......

just read a few bloggers are unhappy because there is no directly accountable coach, maybe it will be Brendan.

Ye it does seem very wishy washy at the moment ..... all we ask for is some hard set clarification. But ja, admins hey.

Nice scrap with the Griquas over the weekend. Scrambled the win. Keeps them in the hunt for the title.

Did this thread die? Feels like its off season.

What do you supporters make of all the changes? I am glad Jake is taking over. Now if we can get them to move to the new stadium I might go to a game again.

What's wrong with King's Park?

Nothing wrong with the King's Park. Great home for the Sharks. No need to move just because they've got something across the road which needs to justify its existence.

Yea Kings Park is really showing its age. I would love for them to move next door.
